Ric has over 35 years of management and technology experience serving businesses of all sizes. His background includes electronic engineering, computerized accounting, organizational development, business ownership, and corporate credit processes. As CEO of Assurance Business Concepts, Ric provides leadership to focus on our mission of sharing the knowledge, systems, and methods needed to provide Assurance for our clients' future.
Preston brings 20 years of specialized relationship-building and team-management experience in various industries. After graduating from UGA, he gained experience in sales, project management, and business development. He understands the challenges with cash flow, capital, and the lack of knowledge to obtain corporate credit. He is passionate about client success and thrives in helping clients through the process.
Sean McCall is an accomplished executive with a diverse career across various industries. Currently, as an Executive Vice President at Assurance Business Concepts, McCall leads strategic initiatives and oversees key business operations, driving growth and operational excellence. Previously, McCall served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Crimson Marketing & Public Relations (CMPR) for over nine years. In this role, he expanded the CMPR brand in the Atlanta market, managed client accounts, executed PR and events, and built long-term relationships with leaders in the media, corporate, and sports industries. In the past, Sean worked at ISP Channel, Fox Sports Network, ESPN & E! Entertainment Television.
Frank's journey embodies a remarkable blend of military distinction and entrepreneurial success. Beginning as an enlisted soldier, he was chosen for a rare opportunity to attend and graduate from the prestigious US Military Academy at West Point. His military career saw him in pivotal command and staff roles across the US and Europe, where he played a crucial role in adapting wartime strategies from Cold War doctrines to global threat scenarios. Transitioning into civilian life, Frank leveraged his leadership acumen to build a thriving consulting practice in Atlanta. Specializing in operational efficiency for small businesses, he later assumed senior positions with prominent executive leadership development firms nationwide, shaping corporate strategies.
John is a strategic leader with over 40 years of proven experience in all facets of operations, analytics, project management and decision support. He founded and operated an independent consultant firm for eleven years providing analytics and decision support for SMB and Fortune 500 companies. He has a breadth of experience across multiple industries with a proven track record of developing and leading operations and executing complex business analytics.
Jaimeson Bullock brings a vast array of sales knowledge, leadership, and expertise with 11 strong years in sales across a diverse portfolio of industries from aerospace to SAAS. Jaimeson is a Marine Corps Veteran and has been able to transfer the leadership and discipline learned in the military and apply that to the fast-paced corporate sales world. He has a keen knowledge of learning the ins and outs of what a client needs and how to best benefit them for success. With a proven track record in closing, relationship building, and setting clients and their businesses up for success he is a proven leader and facilitator in the sales community.
With over two decades of experience as a seasoned marketer and serial entrepreneur, Janet brings a powerhouse combination of strategic insight, hands-on business acumen, and growth-driven leadership to her role as Vice President of Marketing at Assurance Business Concepts.
Janet’s entrepreneurial journey began with founding an electrical contracting company, which she scaled from the ground up to a thriving operation of 88 employees before successfully exiting. Her talent for identifying opportunity and building scalable systems led her next into the Merchant Services and Business Finance space, where she owned and sold a successful firm that served hundreds of small businesses.
Over the years, Janet has launched and led two consulting companies, as well as a full-service marketing agency—each built around her ability to connect strategy with execution to drive measurable results. Her experience also includes serving as Vice President of Marketing at a mortgage bank, where she played a key role in brand growth, lead generation, and market expansion.
